Refund Policy

This is a draft policy generated to fill a real gap on the site — it reflects how Table Tick actually works today, but it has not been reviewed by legal counsel. Have a lawyer review it against your specific business and local regulations before relying on it.

Free trial

New properties get a 14-day free trial with no card required. You won't be charged anything until you choose a paid plan after the trial.

Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, at the rate for the commitment length you selected. Choosing a longer commitment locks in a lower monthly rate for that period.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't charge a separate cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because plans are billed in advance for a period of access, we don't offer refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.

Guest order payments

Refunds for a guest's food or drink order are between the guest and the outlet that received payment — Table Tick doesn't hold guest funds and can't issue that refund directly.
