Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the seat QR code and the menu opens straight in their phone's browser — nothing to download.
How do guest payments work?
Guests pay by UPI straight to each outlet's own account — there's no shared payment processor sitting in the middle holding funds or taking a cut of every order.
How does billing across outlets work?
If a guest's cart has items from more than one outlet, checkout automatically splits it into separate orders and routes each to the right counter — the guest still checks out once.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Kitchen ticket printing is optional and works with the network thermal printer you already have — if you'd rather not print, outlets can just watch the live dashboard instead.
How long does setup take for a new screen?
Most single-screen properties are live within 24 hours of onboarding — add your menu, generate seat QR codes, and you're ready to go.
Is GST included in the pricing above?
No, the prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST applies as per Indian tax regulations and is added to your invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can move between plans as you add screens or outlets. There's no setup fee and no long-term lock-in.
